    • Muscle overuse by prolonged walking and standing
      Muscle overuse causes leg fatigue after walking and standing. Prolonged walking and standing put more stress than the limit of muscle. Muscles should have high tone or small damage. We believe that the relaxation of the muscles is necessary to relieve leg fatigue. Massage, stretching, and rest is useful to relax the muscle.

    • Poor foot alignment
      Poor foot alignment, flat feet and high arch, causes leg fatigue. These poor alignment give more pressure on foot. This abnormal pressure causes muscle damage from foot to leg. Massage, stretching, and rest is also useful to decrease the pressure on foot.
    • Dehydration
      Dehydration can cause the ion imbalance in muscle. Ion imbalance causes muscle cramp, and delays muscle recovery. Appropriate hydration is necessary to relieve leg fatigue.
